DEMAMDING EXTRA MONEY FOR SUBMTTING PAN CARD APPLICATION

Dear Sir,

I have visited IMSECURITIES OFFICE at SCO 11 2nd floor jandu tower Millerganj, ludhiana for submitting PAN card application. The Man present there Mr Jagmohan Lal said that application is not properly filled so he can not accept it. When i asked him about discrepancy he simply refused to guide. He simply demanded Rs 200 from me for the processing of the same. When i asked about the fee he said Rs 200 icludes fee and other charges. I said PAN Application fee is less than 100 and i asked him to give this in writing but he started misbehaving and said that where i visit for the same i have to pay this amount. One another gentleman was sitting there who seemed to be some senior officer but he didn't bother to listen.

This way IMSECURITIES is taking bribes for PAN card application processing .request you to please intervene or guide me where should i lodge a complaint regarding this
