Share stock messge to buy and after buy there is only lower circuit

Dear sir,

i had got message ON 5TH jAN to buy share of INCAP FIN at 25 rs and will go to 35-50 rs but since i had bought this share there is lower circuit since i have purchase. Now I am not able to sell this.

I have invested 125000.00 and just within 5 days value is 104500.00 only. Still i am not able to sell these shares.

This message for buy was came from TA BALAJI and TA IIFL (india info line)

Kinldy take strict action and not give such farud message.
