Pan card not received

Dear sir, i have applied for pan card last month. I checked my pan application in status is 'The pan card no. AKEPK 9316K deliveried on 30.03.2010 by expressit logistics worldwide ltd courier wide air bill no.2880124682 at the communication address. but i have not received the pan card no.
