Refund Still not received for Accessment Year 09-10

Hi,

I have filed my ITR for AY - 10 in the month of July 09 and still I have not received my refund. I have received the acknowledgement for the same.

And when I contacted the SBI department who is responsible for sending the refund, I came to know that the tax return has not being filed.

There is a lot of confusion and I really don't understand that where exactly the case is stuck up.

Please help me and let me know what to be done.
