I have recived pan card in Jan'07, but the name and father's name appearing on pan card is wrong.

Name on pan card: NAGESH HEBBER & Required name: NAGESH HEBBAR.

Father's name on card: PADUKONE HBEBBAR MANJUNATH & Required name: MANJUNATH HEBBAR PADUKONE

Pan Card No: AFSPN4658L.

Kindly do the needful.
