Non Refund of TDS refund AY-08

Dear Sir/Madam

i had file my incometax return for the AY-08 in which i had claim refund of TDS amount Rs 11, 159/- of My pan No. AHBPG0499B but as of today i have not recieved my refund of AY-08. I had write a letter to income Tax departmet in regards to that they have stated us that your refund have been credited to your account by ECS mode on 16.03.2009.

But i pesual my saving Bank Account No 19784 in DENA BANK Kurla Nr. Br.in the name of MINTOO RAJARAM GOND the MICR code of bank is 400018062 but the same have been not credited to my account I visited to my Bank manager of Kurla Nr Br. He says that as per our bank records on 16.03.2009 non of any income tax refund have been credited to your account he try to cordinate with there bombay office main Br.of Dena bank they also stated that this amount have been not recived by us also.

further i had make the call to your SBI income tax refund section they had assist us to write the mail to you
