Income tax rebate not received

Had filled my returns for the year 2008. have not received the details on the same yet. My PAN card numebr is AAFPF7617R. Is there some in the tax department looking at this. Had gone through a rough patch and needed money and was relying on these funds to save me. Was told this does take around 6 months but its now 2 years.
