Non receipt of IT refund AY -10

Dear Sir,

I have filed my IT return for the AY-10 through consultant and I was eligible for getting the refund of Rs. 12310.00. Meanwhile I transferred from Loharinag-Pala Hydro Power Project (Uttarkshi) to JHANOR (GUJARAT). Till date I have not received the refund amount from IT deptt. and I don't know how to approch to IT deptt. for getting refund. My PAN no. is AFDPS2329L.

Please help me to getting refund.
