AAUPU1902H, reveived only part of TDS refund for 2009

I have applied for the TDS refund of RS.6000/- and i got only Rs.2480/- only for the year 2009. i have applied at kormangala income tax department ward no 7 (3).when i enquired they tell company has not paid the amount.but when i approach company they say they have paid.they have shown me the proof of payment.i dont know what to do.so i request to solve this matter and send the balance amount.my pan no. is AAUPU1902H
