Non-refund of excess IT Rs 5002

I filed my Income Tax return in respect of the financial year 2010 in New Delhi, Mayur Bhavan Bldg. My PAN is AAMPU4333L (Chennai originated). I was working in BSNL Vigilance Sec during Jan to June. I field my return in respect of 2010. I am yet to hear from the Income Tax Department regarding refund of the excess tax recovered from me. Can you please help me sir? I am herewith enclosing the scanned copy of my pan card for your reference
