Efund cheque not recd

Dear Sir,

I Sandeep kumar inquire abt my Refund Cheque for the year 10 that i didn't get till date. so many times i visit local Income tax office at Mohali, every time they told me that they can not help me in this because they saying accourding to online status my refund cheque has been dispatched by 5 Oct. 2010 through Speed post ref. no. EY220172739IN, it is now morethen 2 month past but i didn't get my cheque. I also inquir from speed post office chandigarh they saying that my cheque still didn't get dispatch by income tax dept. no body giving me right information, i am geting harrasment a lot from last 2 months, you are requested kindly look into this matter, i would be very thankful to you.
