Efund cheque not received

Hi,

i am dharamvir from delhi and my pan card number is ABEPY2456M i have applied for tds refund in the month of february for the financial year 2010 and the refund cheque has been made on 22 february bearing speed post number EQ808506996IN and posted through speed post at chanakyapuri delhi post office. i have confirmed from CHANAKYAPURI delhi post office and as per them they had delivered the same on 24 february to the address mentioned on refund cheque letter. but i have not received the same till today. i am very much confused what is happening.kindly confirm where is the cheque and what is the procedure to get the fresh cheque. kindly confirm as soon as possible.
