Non delivery of PAN Card

My Pan card no BHXPP9835R VIDE coupon no 505007744 was despatched through Maruti Courier as per following details -

Consignment no - 339981076

Despatch No - 53567846 dtd 16.07.10

I regret to inform that I have not received the PAN CARD till date. I am not able to decide the next course of action. Courier it seems has conveyed that card was sent to Post office on the false plea that no one was available in the house. I urgently need the Card. May I expect early resolution of my complaint.
