Unnecessary charges imposed

Sir,

I am Mr. Vilas Narayan Shinde, a credit card holder of State Bank of India having No. 4317575175595173. I had always tried to give them the information regarding the unnecessary payment given by them on my account. I had given many complaints regarding these payments to their customer care. Once they have also reduced the payment accordingly. But later on the same payment problem continues till date which mainly includes late fees for the earlier bills, but such fault was occured because of their mail inifficiancy. Statements of the credit card which was sent to me by post always reached to me after the date of its payment, and after getting the statements I have always immediatly posted the cheque of the paid amount for that bill in the cheque collection box in my city. I don't have net so online payment was not possible for methat time. Hence such payments had clubbed in my account and now my outstanding dues to SBI are Rs.26549.44, which have exceeded the credit limit of my card.

It's a request of mine please look in the matter as early as possible, so i can enjoy the services of SBI and have a good relation with them.
