Second atm card

Sir,

My AC No - 30815972092 in DSP, i submitted two application for second ATM card after opening account but not till received the ATM due to the poor service against DSP account hollders in SBI Rohtak branch. The situation is same to the other DSP account holders also. please take the necessary action please and issue me a secoud atm card.
