Annual fee

Hi i used my hsbc credit card last two years i dont have any anuval fee for that time but this year my transection was less thats the thing they start to put annual fee for this year but when they issued credit card to me that time they said this is for life time free card . due to this i ignore to pay this amount but they put lot of intrest and they sending bill for me now i want close this prob but i am nat geting any answerfrom castomer care.
