Abusing by the Sales Manage

Dear Sir,

My name is Varun Agrawal. I was worked in HDFC Bank as a Senior Sales Officer and my emp code was CV11657 and i was resigned on 20th November. I wants to file a case against my Sales Manager for abusing with me.

My Sales Manager is Firoj Ali (F0103). He has abusing with the executives for achieving the target and told me that this is the sales department. i want to know from the HDFC Bank that can a senior abusing with the juniors to achieve the target.
