Mental Harrashment

Dear Sir,

I am Dipmala Pal, holding credit card of HDFC Bank. Every month I pay the minimum amount. But this collection department of kasturba road branch, bangalore keep on calling and speaking so rude. As earlier also i told them that only once i can pay in the month as per my salary. these people force me to pay again and again, even they call to my parents and harrash them also. Please, do the needfull. I am getting calls from this number080-67332600/43521300/43521400.HDFC Bank People have forced me to take the Credit card as i was not interested and now they are telling if you are able to pay why u have taken the card.

Please, do the needfull. Kindly, inform them not to harrash my parents at least. Its A request.
