Forceful obligations

Dear Sirs,

My Name is Arun and I live at Valasaravakkam Chennai. I applied for a double cylinder gas connection two months ago with your authorized dealer for my region which is NANADA GAS AGENCY, located in saligramam. Chennai.

While registering for the service they wanted me to buy a rice cooker with them as an obligation and demanded Rs.2100 for the same. I was not aware that such obligations are not forceful. I got my connection bit delayed... but that's not the issue... the rice cooker they wanted me to buy with them has still not been issue even after frequent follow ups and enquiries... and each and every time the attitude they shown on the call and during personal visits were atrocious. Of course they refused to refund the money when i requested for it due to the delay. I’m completely dejected with the service and the attitude of the staff. Hope you will initiate actions to rectify my issue.
