I have a gas connection 6289. This day one fellow came home and showed identity card issued by Mahe Gas which is my distributor collected Rupees 50 for checking the gas connection and gave a receipt for the same. I had suspected the move as there was no news on such a charge by Indane. I had inquired the agencies number and they asked me to pay the amount as per IOC company`s instruction. I am not satisfied as the fellow had not done anything except writing down the form to collect the amount after verifying the voucher. Kindly let me know whether this collection is authourised and legal. Let me know why the website is not helping to lodge consumers complaint. There is no email address or any number to contact the Service Manager for help
