WRONG TRANSACTION

ICICI CREDIT CARD,

SUBJECT: FALSE TRANSACTIONS IN RESPECT OF CREDIT CARD NO -4477 4741 2552 5017

SIR,

1. I am posted in J& K in ARMY with effect from 10 July where there is no facility of net banking or credit card.

2. Before coming to this place i had been in Pune & i had cleared all my dues of credit card against me.

3. Following transactions had been shown against my credit cadr no- 4477 4741 2552 5017 which are repetitive in nature:-

(a) 10 sep 2009 Real Player Rs. 249.20

(b) 26 sep 2009 Unlimited Movies Rs. 347.60

(c) 10 Oct Real Player Rs. 238.73

(d) 26 oct Unlimited Movies Rs 336.14

4. A total of Rs 2345.41 is shown pending against me as on 23 dec which include above mentioned details and late fees and interest.

5. Since i donot have a clue of above mentioned transactions, i am here by requesting you to please look into the matter.

6. Further it is requested to please revert back the late fee & interest charges.

7. The place where i am posted, here is no facility of internet or netbanking. Neither a branch of ICICI bank exists.

8. In this regard i had already spoken to your customer representative Mr Surender & Miss Godavari in Hyderabad. They have already blocked my card.

9. In view of the above it is requested to please look into the matter & late fees and interest charges may please not be included till the time the matter is resolved.
