Non receipt of Pension

This is regarding non receipt of pension from Nov'2009 . I am a central Govt pensioner and my PPO No. 23903/94/0254/5 and I was regularly getting my pension from SBI-Main branch Nanital Road, Haldwani (Uttrakhand) wef 17/01 earlier I was getting it from SBI-Rampur (UP) and i am not getting my pension from Nov'2009. On esquiring from Bank Manager, they informed that they have not sent my Alive certificate to central pension processing bank Lucknow (UP) which i deposited it to them on 10/11 which is lying with SBI- Haldwani due to non availability of address with them. This type of attitude by SBI Haldwani is not appreciable, request necessary direction may please be issued to SBI-Haldwani for further submission of my alive certificate to Central Pension Cell Lucknow or i may be provided address of Central Pension cell so that my pension be continued.
