IVR FRAUD

Dear SIr/Madam,

There was a call from clubleisure executive name was Mr. Vijay from Delhi and the tel number was 911409580278 on 7/2 but they told me that they are from HDFC Bank and they told me that you will get the free vouchers & Adon Card and as you are the valuable customer to HDFC bank, you have a clear record on credit card. He also told me that there will be no transaction amount debited from your card & no hidden chrages so they told me to verify the details through IVR so I did it but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card which was not told to me on 7/2 and the messege is received on my cellfone that Amount 5, 509 /- Rs deducted from my credit card.

I complained this to HDFC customor care to whose refernce id : 12038142616. Even i asked to HDFC Bank official how those peoples got my database details. Even Bank official also not able to answering my this question.

I really feeling bad and tense to got this fraud, Pls take the actions against that company and his officail to get my money refund back.

Also there is leakage of HDFC bank database so pls take action against to. My Credit card of HDFC bank ltd, and full address of Bank branch

HDFC Bank Ltd, Platinum Plaza, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

Pls do need ful for getting my money.
