EMI rescheduling in fixed term period

Have Taken a housing loan from India Bulls Housing Finance Company amounting 37 lacs they have agreed to keep the EMI's fixed for 1 st 2 years, but after 7 EMIs they had increased the EMI to 32090/- from 30949/- stating that company's IHFL frr is changed & when i had marked them mails highlighting the issue they are not reverting on the same.
Pls guide me how to move ahead in this?
