Relationship Manager has my password and changed it

I opened a De mat account with India Bulls after they pestered me with continuous calls and promised me Rs. 1000 everyday for every lakh invested. The person who spoke to me was a lady called Renuka. I invested Rs. 50, 000.

I started trading myself when this lady called me one day and said a price of a share has gone down and she wanted me to buy iy. I told her I was out and it is not possible. She asked for my password and I gave it without suspecting foul play. She changed my password and literally made me beg for my password and has not given it back. I know it was a big mistake on my part. They refuse to reset my password or block my account. They keep telling me it will be done in 24 hours but Renuka is still placing orders and I get e-mails saying that she does so.

I complained to their customer care 5 days back without any result. I sent e-mails to their customer care. I want to take them to court and waiting to find a good lawyer. She cancels my call everytime I call her.
