Amount debited wrongly in my Citibank account

An amount of Rs 8574.00 has been charged from my Citibank account showing transaction against my ATM card of the said account by IndiaIdeas on 29 apr. i have made no transaction (statment shows ref . 111946240352) and citibank are not giving any details of the transaction.
