Sir,

Sub: False claim of bill from INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED

I have never heard of this portal/company INDIAIDEAS.COM.

This company is claiming Rs 500 from my Citibank account from the past 3 months i.e Dec 11, Jan12 and Feb 12.

The amount is getting deducted on the 2nd or the 3rd of every month.

Beauty is that I don't receive any message from citibank regarding this amount

I have registered a complaint with citibank today and they have provided me with a reference ID 1112021429.

This is a major concern as most of the customers complaining about Indiaideas.com on this website are Citibank customers. Its the citibank customers who are getting duped by this company, moreover it is happening since the past few years and I fail to undersatand why citibank has not taken any action against this company.

Please let me know what is the further course of action and how can I get a refund of my money.
