False statement regarding payment

Dear sir,

I have made a online bill payment to LIC premium paid of Rs.7650.70 through ICICI Bank, net Bankng and the transaction showed failure but still my account is debited Rs. 7650.00/- its been more than 2 days now, I am unable to track my money, as while after being debited the money from ICICI Bank premium for LIC not found being deposited . this is horrible as I don't know where my money has gone, plz help.

The Details of the payment has been furnished as below

1) payment date - 10/12/10

2) Transaction date 10/12/10 and tran.id - BIL/193673117/INDIAAS.COMLTD/LICPGI_MIC1012

3) Amount debited from my ICICI Bank - Rs.7650.70 but not being deposited till to LIC

I am very much confused that where the money of Rs. 7650.70 as debited from icici gone? Please help me sir.
