Charged Rs 910 to my citibank creditcard

I do not use any idea mobile or other services. I ws totally surprised by this charge on my credit card. I see number of complaints against this company. Whether citi bank is colluding with this company to entertain false claim. I have never provided ECS facility for this purpose then how bank has paid this amount. Kindly someone advise me what action I need to take pl.
