Non closure of DMAT account

We have opened the following mentioned account through Tiger Wealth Management Private Limited, SCO - 32, First Floor, Amba Complex, Staff Road, Ambala Cantt – 133001 Tel - 0171 - 4010000 to 4010009, which is India Infoline LTD franchise:

In the month of February we have requested for the closure of both above mentioned accounts. Mr. Ankit, the Incharge, Tiger Wealth Management Private Limited, Ambala Cantt Branch, had assured us that our account will be closed with in 21 days or a month maximum. But till now the account has not been closed. Inspite of visiting their branch and also contacting both Tiger Wealth Management Private Limited and India Infoline LTD through emails and telephone the above mentioned accounts has not been closed till date. Now it is more than three months now from the date of placing the closure request. I am an Army officer and would be retiring shortly; hence I would request you to please take an necessary and strict actions, so that no other customers face the same situation.
