Atm card got blocked without information

Hello sir,

i have got my salary account with hdfc bank, and i am using a debit card, last week when iam trying for a transaction from atm centre, it was showing that my card is blocked, and next day i got a call from bluedart courier service that u had recieved a new debit card, and it should be dispatched in my mailing address which is in bangalore, but now i got transfered by the company to mangalore, now suggest me how to get my card, and tell me any one good reason, why you send a new card when i didn't applied for it.my ac no is-00411050233189.
