Incompetent Team

The worst stock broking house in India. I was earlier with Reliance Money and Icici direct, they both were much better than this broking house who is filled with incompetent persons who will try to emotionally blackmail you and push you for options trading where the brokerage charges are much higher than delivery based trading. Worst part is even their top management was trying to defend these incompetent people and say that there is a difference between a relationship manager and AVP but who will tell these guys that customers deal with relationship manager on daily basis and not these AVPs.

My suggestion is never go for this broking house whose primary motive is to cheat customers with wrong commitments and incompetent managers
