Negligency on your part regarding missing of my share certificate no. 35737 of M/s. James Hotels Ltd

Dear Sir

I have submitted my share certificate no. 35737 pertaining to 100 share of M/s. James Hotels Ltd. for dematerilization vide DRF No. 590733 dated 10th February till date I am unable to get the DRN No. and date generated at your end. Please note the requestm of demateriliization should be updated within a period 21 days as per the norms of the NSDL

Since almost 21days have lapse the certificate have not been reached to the Registrar and Transfer Agent M/s. Alankit Assignment Ltd. You are requested to kindly ask from courier regarding the fate of the subject so that and not comple me to initiate any legal action against you.

Incase I would be filing a legal case against you it will be at your own risk and expences against the financial loss which I am suffering in between.

A line in reply would be highly appreciated.
