Cheque amount 15000/- is not showing in my infoline account

Dear sir,

I have given a cheque no.73150 from my axis bank account no.373010100184243 to india infoline account (Client ID ASSK3028) on 24nov. 2010. that amount deduct on the same day from my axis bank account 373010100184243. but till today that amount is not coming in my infolint account. My relationship manager is not picking up my phones, nobody is giving positive responce. I have also given them my axis account statement in which it is clear mension that amount of 15000 is transfer from axis to india infoline.so kindly arrange to deposite that amount in my infoline account.
