Non delivery of my product

I have been issued a credit card from SBI bank n for which i recieved a sms that it ll b delivered to u by EXPRESS IT courier with reference no SB 10029050478 at 11:35 AM on 01 feb 10. on d same day they contacted me for the delivery at cotton green, mumbai pin - 400099 residential address for which i told them that i m on duty at CSI airport, so to delivery me the following day.but to my best effort today iz 03 feb 10 they have not delivered for which they assured that it ll b delivered by 06:30 PM... now they are (customer care department) also not attending the calls... such a lier company i have never seen in my life...
