Documents of PLI are not received

Sir,

I am 929891-K AC BRIJPAL SINGH Serving in INDIAN AIR FORCE, Sir I had taken P.L.I. is deducted from my salary from Aug. 11. It is started by me when I was doing trainig at 405 AIR FORCE STATION BELGAUM, KARNATKA and now I am posted at AFS JALAHALLI, BANGALORE. Sir till now i didnt have receieved any policy papers nor any correspondece regarding my P.L.I Policy although a monthly deduction of RS 1305 per month which is shown in pay slip for the P.L.I Policy. Therefore it is requested that to forward the policy papers and all the correspondence on my new address.
