Error while withdrawing the money from Axis Bank ATM

I have a saving account in Indian Bank, Mayur vihar, phase-1 branch. On 13th April'2011 i went to the ATM of Axis bank at Mayur vihar, phase -1 branch for the withdrawal of money.. I tried to withdraw the amount 2 time. first i entered 3500 and then 3000 but it was showing error but when I checked my statement the amount was debited from my account. I request you to kindly take prompt action in the matter and credit the said amount to my above mentioned account at the earliest. Also please reply me on my e-mail nalini1981@gmail.com
