Irresponsible Manager of Nungambakkam branch

I went this morning to enquire about educational loan, manager of nungambakkam branch was not willing to help me the details. He shouted at me using filthy words in front of so many people around. I was very polite and asked what kind of documents are required as this is the first time i am requiring educational loan. He did not answer any of my questions rather he said that "I am wasting his time". In short, he is not fit to be a manager and his response to customer was ridiculous. I am completely hurt by his behaviour in front of so many people around. Kindly request you to take necessary action against him so that the customer do not face such difficulties in future which also spoils the impression of the bank. Thank you
