I made payment of my electric bill from my S/B account on 8/7 2012.I did not get any confirmation of payment nor is my account debited off of the amount. The Besant Nagar Indian Bank Branch refuses to answer any phone calls. My online complaint (ID 429332659) has also gone unanswered. This is the bank with the most pathetic staff and worst customer service. These guys should not ever attempt a net banking service as they don't know how to handle it.
