Rude behavior of the staff

March 26th

I have enquired about my account transaction in indian bank (raja street branch coimbatore) but the staff was very rude and not giving proper information and he told “I can t give information to each one I have lot of work” but this is also their work but they getting angry and he moved to another work I was waiting for minute and told “sir I am asking details regarding my account not related to anything ”then he told the details in very rude manner and when I moved from there he was very angry and speaking very rude the same in front of all. In that branch some of the staffs speaking very rude manner and not giving proper information, the branch does t have help desk also then how to we clarified our doubts and getting information.
