Forcefully asking to submit the Salary Statement in their format

This is to inform you that, Mr. Senapati, Branch Manager, Indian Bank, Saheed Nagar Evening Branch is forcing us to submit our company salary statement in their format to reduce their workforce. But we said that we are not using any software for this and it will be very hard to move now. Once we will come up with a software it will be easy to move on your foot prints. But what went wrong with our Management that they are also making us to move like this. Which I don't like and its noway acceptable and its really very bad working with such Management guys.

BUT THEY ARE ASKING FOR THE FOLLOWING FORMAT:

NAME: 28 CHARACTER

AMOUNT: 11 CHARACTER

I said I can do this on avail of a software but now its hard therefore I'm resigning from my job.
