Still showing bad credit

I have closed my credit card by paying Rs 25000/- in cash, but still i get all sorts of calls and now they have refelected my name as bad credit in rating. I have told them on phone number of times and also gave them the tracer number for their reference, but all in drain.

How can i close this?
