False marketing by IHO staff - Chennai

IHO executives are giving false informations about the place of treatment centres (hospitals) only for the sake of making sale. At the time of marketing they said they have treatment centres at madipakkam, whereas when i contacted the toll free # the information about the treatment centre was blatant lie, & they could not even tell a single doctor name near my place of residence. All these happened on 30.9.10. Hence i asked them to refund my money back which till date (19.10.2010) no refund details is provided to me. They rarely repsonded to my concerns.
I really doubt their credentials, i would like to ask them the follg.
Why is that the IHO sales people are canvassing without proper information?
Why are the IHO sales people asking for Credit card pin number instead of payment thro cheque?
Why are they not giving time for the consumer to think about the product? They are insisiting on buying the product on the same call.
Why are the IHO luring people by offering gifts like polo club watches to market their product?
