Dear Readers,
I would like to draw your attention towards a company called India Health Organisation. The call centre executive (a lady) called me several times in a inviting mood. Her voice was alluring and sounds that she is lying on a bed and left half fucked last night.
In the beginning it was going fine but when I started asking about the company status, IRDA authorisation, network hospitals, name of the board members etc. She showed some different colors and started abusive language, may be because she thought that I also will leave her half fucked!
When I lodged complaint to the company, they tried to wrap up this issue and now harassing me with their numerous calls through out the day and even in the night with blank calls.
I am posting the email communication below:

Thanks for the reply,
Today the lady just said that she is calling from indian health organisation, I also asked her that I have never heared about this company, so she told me very roughly that "WHO kaa naam suna hai kabhi? he ussi ki indian company hai". Thanks to that lady for giving me a GK (General knowledge) dose which was like a eye opener to me.
If you really want to track that lady kindly check the records of all the ladies (sorry for being gender biased) calling from 011-43118100 at 1 pm and 011-30272400 at 11.22 am to my mumber ...(Jaipur, Rajasthan).
I think it is the biggest challenge to us to track that person from the call center numbers, but we can just make a sincere effort to pick that odd one out and train her on "mannerism for telecallers".
The constant cheapness is very hard to digest, and specially when you are talking with your probable customer.
Your action in this matter will show your commitment and surely put you ahead in the market to get new and ethical business.
Good luck!

Thank you for your mail.
We apologise for the unprofessional behavior shown by the telecaller, and would like to take strict action against the person. In this regard, it would be very helpful to us if you could share the name of the caller.
We apologise once again, and have a nice day!

Team Indian Health Organisation

I was very interested to know about the health policy when a lady called me from the number 011-43118100 and briefed me about it. When I asked her for some hospital's name nearer to my residence, she told me that she dont have any details. I asked her to call me after getting the details. The answer she gave has shocked me a lot, she just told me in hindi that "3500 mein me taajmahal nahi milta, thik hai na". It was very bad feedback given by your unprofessional employee.
