Fraud call and payment

Hi all, This is Gireesh from bangalore. Today by 11 a.m. I got a call from Indian Health Organization tellecaller who talked to me and enquired gently my credit card details and told no payment is to be made for their product and took all the info from my side and created a one time password for my credit card and made a payment of Rs. 8900.By the time I got to know this is a fraud call, they dismissed the call and made payment on his own.
