Withdrawal of money from bank accout without my knowlege

Indianideas.com has withdraw a sum of Rs. 24, 780 from my bank account with ICICI bank Hoshiarpur branch on dated 10/2 night without my knowlege .ihave never made any purchase through this site.the payments were made agaist the bills as per detail as follows;-
