Dear Sir,

I am holding a credit card of your bank Card No is 4346781100943174 and same is in blocked state right now. I have an outstanding of 55000/- as if now on the same card.

I have been trying to contact your credit card cell and i have also called up on the call centre number couple of times requesting to arrange a call back for me as i want to clear up all my dues without any deduction and do not want to opt for any settlement, but would like to bring it to your notice that i have not recieved a single call from HDFC till date. Also without informing or taking my approval 9700/- has been deducted from my account against the same outstanding.

Please suggest what to do now as i cant afford to pay 36% interest month on month against the same outstanding coz of your lazy executives.
