Unauthorised charges for replacement of regulato

Dear Sirs,

I have an Indane connection no. in my name from Ms. Marut Gas Service, New Agra, Agra.

My regulator became defective today

i.e. 23-2-11.

Ms. Marut Gas have charged Rs. 150/- for replacing the regulator today. They have kept my old regulator and have refused to issue a receipt for Rs. 150/- or for the regulator.

This action of theirs indicates that they should not have charged me for the regulator and should have replaced it FOC.

I shall be grateful if you will help me and get my money refunded from them.
