Rs 500 Fek notes

We have withdrawal Rs 45000 from Indian OVersea Bank Mumbai Jogeshwari (E) branch and out of that one 500 rupees note was fek note This we came to know when we deposit this amount to Mumbai Grahak Bank Cashier identify that one of the 500 repuues note is fek

When we complaint this to IOB Jogeshwari Branch, they told you have to check all 500 notes before you leave the counter. I agreed for this but as an indiviual I beleive that I will not get any fek notes from bank and in bank there is no other system where customer identify the fec notes.

As an resident i belive bank will not provides any fec note to their customer. When I was explaining my concern with bank staff, one more customer also have the same concern that he received twice and three time fek notes from IOB Jogeshwari (E) branch.

I have only concern how you protect your customer, this is not only Rs.500 concern, how i belive if next time i need to withdrawal more amount and if i got loss of more amount just for these fek notes. Who going to protect me from this frauds, did i get my money back
