Wrong Commitments, harassment and cheating

I am Praveen Patil, holding a FUTURE Credit Card (No: 4023 6850 0609 5007)
Complaint (No: 128676885 dated 3.1.10) :-
1. My credit limit of the card is 80, 000/-, outstanding till 9.1.10 is Rs. 19400 /-, but showing a available credit limit of Rs.4600 /-, were as it should be Rs. 60, 600/-...why?
2. After giving a complaint on 3.1.10, it was committed that it will be rectified within 48 hrs... but till 7.1.10 no action has been initiated... why?
3. On 7.1.10 Spoken with one Manager named Mr. Satish who called me at 8:30 pm from telephone line 04064637607 and apologised and again re committed for 24 hrs rectification time... but till 9.1.10 no action has been initiated... why?
4. Again when I called on 9.1.10 and spoken with some so called customer care manger Ms. Manjula who is very rude in attitude... and try to convince me that rectification will be done by 12.1.10... but why... why not today...?.. why should we suffer because of bank wrong entries ...?.. who much patience one customer should be, because of your wrong commitments given... for no reasons, we are getting a shamed while using the cards at reputed places.
Kindly reply with a action taken and on the matter... or else be prepare for the legal action on harassment and cheating case by consumer form.
